Ozge Koymen
Ozge Koymen is a Senior Director of Technology at Qualcomm Incorporated where he has been since 2006. He currently leads the 5G millimeter-wave program within Qualcomm Research. His previous areas as a technical contributor includes wireless backhaul, Small Cells, LTE-D, LTE and UMB. Prior to Qualcomm Inc., he was a member of Flarion Technologies developing OFDMA systems during 2003-2006. His earlier experience includes consulting work for Impinj, Inc. (2000-2003) and TRW (1996-2000).

As Director, Advance Technology at Intel Baljit Singh is responsible for Wireless and 5G RF development, having developed 5G mmW 28GHz and 39GHz RFIC and also Massive Antenna Arrays for a base station, phased arrays for CPE, Laptops, and cell phones. His current focus is Wireless systems and RFIC development. Baljit has over 20 years in RFIC and wireless systems design and deployment of state-of-the-art wireless systems.

James F. Buckwalter received the B.S.E.E. degree with honors in electrical engineering from the California Institute of Technology (Caltech), M.S. degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB), and Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Caltech. He is currently a Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering with UCSB.

Mr. Takayuki Nonami is Chief Engineer of Wireless Communication System in Communication Networks Center of Mitsubishi Electric Corporation since 2014. Currently he works for 5G mmWave Mobile Radio Access system developments with Antenna, Microwave, and Mobile communication technology research teams of Corporate R&D within Mitsubishi Electric. He joined Mitsubishi Electric in 1983 after graduating from Kobe University with a master’s degree in engineering.

As chief technologist of Phased Array & RF Technologies in the Tactical Solutions strategic business unit, Pete is responsible for managing the technology roadmaps and capture activities for all phased array products. Pete has held leadership positions within Ball Aerospace as an Advanced Systems manager since 2006 and has been a driving force behind the growth in the phased array business area since joining the company in 1997.

Kaushik Sengupta received the B.Tech. and M.Tech. degrees in electronics and electrical communication engineering from IIT Kharagpur, Kharagpur, India, in 2007, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the California Institute of Technology (Caltech), Pasadena, CA, USA, in 2008 and 2012, respectively. His current research interests include high-frequency ICs, arrays, reconfigurable antennas and optis for various applications in wireless communication, sensing and imaging.
